PROCUREMENT OF INKS/TONERS AND DRUM KIT FOR BROTHER SCANNER, FAx MACHINES AND PRINTERS FOR CY 2025
1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue - National Office (BIR-NO), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Six Pesos (Php 277, 526.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for P.B. No. 2025-27 (GOODS) - Procurement of Inks/Toners and Drum Kit for Brother Scanner, Fax Machines and Printers for CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BIR-NO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery Schedule is as follows:
1st Delivery - within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP)
2nd Delivery - on or before March 17, 2025
3rd Delivery - on or before May 15, 2025
4th Delivery - on or before July 15, 2025
5th Delivery - on or before September 15, 2025
