IntroductionThis is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued, and quotations will not be requested.

PurposeThe National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate a firm-fixed priced purchase order on a sole source basis with PDES, Inc. located at 325 N. Saint Paul St, Suite 3100, Dallas, Texas 75201. The purchase order will specifically procure an annual participant membership with PDES, Inc. The Smart Connected Systems Division contributes to three of CTL-s major programs: Smart Infrastructure and Manufacturing, Core Networks, and Next Generation Wireless Systems.
