Role and Responsibilities
The role of the peer reviewers is to provide independent, unbiased and constructive feedback on the final
report of the needs and gap assessment for the GCF-DPT.
 Prepare an assessment report that includes the following:
 Reviewer's findings and recommendations
 Specific comments on the report's strengths and weaknesses in relation to the GCF-DPT Suggestions for improving the needs and gaps assessment report
Participate in a one-hour online meeting with the AUB team and an EbA Fund representative to discuss the feedback report and its implications for the GCF-DPT

Qualifications:
The peer reviewer will be selected by the EbA Global Fund in coordination with the AUB team based
on the following requirements:
 Demonstrated expertise in conducting needs and gap assessments
 In-depth knowledge of urban forestry practices and their integration with digital technologies
 Understanding of climate change adaptation strategies in urban environments
 Excellent analytical and writing skills
 Ability to provide constructive and objective feedback
 Commitment to addressing the review process in a neutral and unbiased manner.
