of Dueñas Poblacion-San Enrique Road, Dueñas, Iloilo

1. The Iloilo Provincial Government, through the NTA CY2025 intends to apply the sum of P30, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PEO-25-35-B for the Rehabilitation/Repair/Improvement of Dueñas Poblacion-San Enrique Road, Dueñas, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Iloilo Provincial Government now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Ninety-Seven (97) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
