The public procuring entity establishes a dynamic purchasing system that will be used to enter individual contracts for the provision of services, namely the performance of the investor's construction supervision activities, while the public procuring entity divides this dynamic purchasing system into 2 categories, namely:

Category no. 1 Performance of building supervision activities with a professional focus "Soil constructions (earth structures)"

Category no. 2 - Performance of construction supervision activities with the professional focus of "Engineering constructions (transportation structures, bridges and tunnels)"

The public contracting authority acts as a central procurement organ within this DNSzation in accordance with § 15 ZVO, namely for the following range of entities:

-Banskobystrica regional road administration, a.s., ID number: 36 836 567 (and its centers),

- DEVELOPMENT AGENCY of the Banskobystrica self-governing region, n.o., ID number: 51 744 422,

-legal entities that are founded or established by the public contracting authoritym for the special purpose of fulfilling needs of general interest, which are not of an industrial or commercial nature and are fully or mostly financed by the public procurement entity, are controlled by the public procurement entity, or the public procurement entity appoints or elects more than half of their membersmanagement or control bodies (especially organizations within the scope of establishment of the public procurement entity).

Subjects are identified as public procurement entities for the purposes of ZVO according to § 7 par. 1 letter d) ZVO.

Contracts concluded on the basis of this DNS will be performed in the territory of the Banskobystrica Region.
