Provision of periodic inspections of the operability (revisions) and pressure tests of fire extinguishers in 2024.
The subject of the public contract is to ensure:
• Performance of periodic annual inspections of the operability of manual and mobile fire extinguishers;
• Performance of periodic pressure tests of fire extinguishersfire extinguishers in accordance with § 9 of Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 246/2001 Coll., on the establishment of fire safety conditions and the performance of state fire supervision (decree on fire prevention); and back;
• Exposedi relevant documents on the periodical inspection of operability and pressure test carried out in accordance with § 9 of Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 246/2001 Coll., on the establishment of fire safety conditions and the performance of state fire supervision (decree on fire prevention).
The specification of the required work is given in Annex No. 1of the contract for work, which is part of this Call.
Price for the service including VAT, including transport to the place of performance.
To this offer submitted within the framework of VZMR, the annexes "Draft contract for work" must be attached and filled out, which must be signed by the statutory body of the participant in the procurement procedure. and Annex No. 2 ndraft contract for the work "Binding price offer".
Invoice the tax document will be paid within 30 days of its delivery. The customer is entitled to return the invoice without payment before the expiry of the due date - a tax document that does not contain any particulars or has other defects in the content and in the returned factuary - must mark them on the tax document. The contractor is obliged to correct or prepare a new invoice - tax document. By returning the invoice - tax document, the original due date ceases to run and starts again from the beginning from the day of its re-delivery to the customer.
The customer does not provide an advance paymenttby. The offered price is the final price and includes all costs of the supplier, including transport costs, and is unchanged for the entire duration of the contractual relationship.

Qualification requirements
• Extract from the commercial register (or ŽR, SKD, SCD).
• Valid authorization issued by the Office of State Professional Supervision of the Ministry of Defense forcarrying out activities related to the assembly, repairs and revisions of pressure equipment.
• Certificate of professional competence in the field of fire protection according to §11, paragraph 1 and 2 of Act No. 133/1985 Coll., on fire protection.
The contracting authority will evaluate only the offer suppliers that meet the qualification requirements listed in point 3.
The contracting authority chose the lowest bid price as the evaluation criterion.
The bid price including VAT is the final and decisive price for bid evaluation, and the supplier is bound by it for the entire period of performance. In the case of submission of an offer price from a non-VAT payer, his offer price without VAT is the final price, i.e. it is not adjusted (is not counted).
By signing up for the tender, the tenderer agrees to the terms and conditions in the draft contract and the General Terms and Conditions of the Ministry of Defense in the version valid on the date of publication of the call for tenders.
The draft contract is part of the tender documentation. This proposal must be submitted by the participant Mrwrite off and return as an attachment. Furthermore, the contracting authority reserves the right to change the tender conditions within the deadline for submission of tenders and to cancel the tender procedure without giving reasons until the conclusion of the contractual relationship. The contracting authority does not provide compensation for the costs incurred by the participant for participating in the procurement procedure.
The contracting authority sets the deadline for subfiling complaints due to disagreement with the tender conditions 3 working days, which is counted from the date of the announcement of the public contract, and due to disagreement with the procedure during the evaluation of the public contract, a period of 3 working days, which is counted from the date of publication of the evaluation of the public contract. The client will publish and send the explanationor forward including the exact wording of the request without identifying the supplier requesting clarification. The contracting authority is not obliged to provide an explanation if the request for an explanation is not delivered on time, at least
3 working days before the expiry of the deadlines according to § 98, paragraph 1 ZZVZ.
The contracting authority reserves the right
•to change, supplement or specify the conditions of this procurement documentation during the period for submission of tenders;
• to request additional information from the supplier during the procurement procedure;
• not to conclude a contract with the supplier;
• to reject a variant solution to the performance of the public contract, attemptd the contracting authority did not accept it;
