Short description of the procurement: The purpose of this procurement is to carry out the construction of building automation at the West Tallinn Central Hospital. This procurement is aimed at finding partners of the Framework Procurement. The future works will be divided into smaller individual projects. The individual projects shall be carried out in accordance with the framework agreement and on the basis of specific project quotes. The maximum cost of the procurement (cost of the work to be ordered within 24 months) is € 5, 500, 000.00 and the estimated cost is 300, 000.00 €. This procurement under which the Framework Agreement and the first procurement contract are estimated at 20, 000 €.
