Tenders are invited for Performing Electrical Work and Maintaining the Electrical Systems in the Main Office Buildings

1. The bidder must have a financial turnover (revenue) from maintenance works of electrical systems that will not be less than NIS 1, 000, 000 per year in each of the years 2020-2022. To prove his compliance with the threshold conditions, he will attach a CPA certificate on financial turnover in Appendix VIII.

2. The bidder must attach a list of at least 3 sites and the names of the supervisors or owners of the sites, where he has performed similar work for a minimum amount of NIS 250, 000 during the years: 2021-2023, provided that each year there will be at least one work of the required minimum amount (the list of sites below must be filled out - Appendix IX).

3. The bidder must be a registered contractor according to the Law on the Registration of Contractors for Electrical and Communication Works in Buildings, 5779-1969, in branch 160 type 1 or above. The bidder must attach to his bid a certificate of legal registration.
