Description : This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for performing underground infrastructure locates for three Region of Waterloo utilities, namely Water Operations & Maintenance, Wastewater Operations and Roads Department. Locates may include all or some of the underground infrastructure such as water mains and services, sanitary sewer and forcemains, and storm water sewers.
