NOTE: In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 266-2013 and Article 105 of Legislative Decree No. 357-2013, which establishes the Organic Law of INJUPEMP, it is considered that INJUPEMP has the right toexemption from the payment of Sales Tax, as stipulated in Article 16 of the Current Tax Code, of Legislative Decree No. 170-2016. Therefore, it is not necessary to undergo authorizing administrative procedures to enjoy this V Tax exemption benefit.entas. By virtue of the above, it is established that suppliers who invoice goods or services to INJUPEMP are obliged to issue invoices with exemption from Sales Tax for purchases made by this social security entity. To do this, it is necessary that suppliersawarded companies comply with the following documentary requirements.
