The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement, the subject of which will be the determination of the conditions for awarding contracts for the supply of personal protective work equipment for the needs of employees of the public contracting authority intended to protect the entire body, vision, face, hearing, respiratory tract, lower limbs, hands, skin, against electric shock,
for use in explosive environments, for protection when working at heights, which mainly means work clothes,
special work clothes, accessories for work clothes, warning clothes with high visibility, work gloves,
sun and safety glasses, labely for eye protection, protective footwear, hearing protectors, protective masks, filters for protective masks, respirators and equipment for divers, which is further understood as neoprene caps, neoprene clothing and gloves. Part of the subject of the contract is also the delivery of draft codification data for the goods subject to the contract in
in accordance with STANAG 4177 and according to Act no. 11/2004 Coll. on defense standardization, codification and state verification of the quality of products and services for defense purposes, as amended, and Decree of the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic no. 476/2011 Coll. which establishes the details of the methodologyprocessing the draft of codification data, about software for processing drafts of codification data, about the draft of codification data and about the obligations of the product supplier as amended.
