Tenders are invited for Pest Control Services -Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka (Caasl).
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language can be collected by interested bidders on submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Five Hundred Rupees (Rs.1500/ =) without Taxes during the period between 12/08/2024 and 03/09/2024 on working days between 0900hrs and 1500 hrs from the above address. The method of payment will be by cash.
Eligible bidders may obtain further information relating to this bid from Environment Research & Projects Section, CAASL at No 152/l(Minuwangoda Road, Katunayake (Phone: 011 2358824). Bidding documents may be inspected free of charge at the above office.
The amount of Bid Security shall be Sri Lankan Rupees FiftyThousand (Rs. 50, 000/ = ) from a reputed bank from Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Bid Security should be valid for not less than 120 Days from the date of bid opening.
A "Pre bid meeting" will be held on 21st August 2024 at 1000 hrs at the Head Office Building, at No 152/1, Opposite the Radar Hill, Minuwangoda Road, Katunayake.
Bids must be delivered to Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka, No 152/1, Minuwangoda Road, Katunauyake with marking "Providing Pest Control Services CAASL" at the top left-hand corner of the envelope at or before 1400 hrs on 04th September 2024.
