This consultation concerns the supply of pharmaceutical products and small equipment used by the Charente Departmental Analysis and Research Laboratory.

It is not broken down into batches but into 8 themes:

-consumables and small equipment

-glassware

-chemistry reagents

-miplaces of cultivation

-antibiotics

-identification galleries

-serology and molecular biology kits

-gas

The unit price schedule is unique but covers these 8 themes (8 tabs).

At the end of the consultation, if several lines are allocated to the same candidate, a single contract will be registered

The services give rise to the conclusion of framework agreements with purchase orders with minimum and maximum quantity, in application of article R2162-2 paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Code.

These minimum and maximum quantities are specified, for each line ofprice, in the unit price schedule.

These framework agreements will be concluded with several holders in order to cover all the needs described in the unit price schedule
