TVO-s Philanthropy department is seeking submissions for outbound telemarketing services. The selected full-service telefundraising agency will partner with TVO to develop and execute an outbound telefundraising program and strategy. The program needs to grow TVO-s monthly giving program, position TVO for future success, and complement our current multi-channel fundraising program which includes both direct mail and digital campaigns. The contract term is for a one-year agreement with a possible option for a further one-year extension.
