ITEM REQUIREMENTS:
SCOPE OF WORKS
Service Provider:
Shall undertake and produce Audio Visual Presentations;
(2 AVPs for the highlight of the activity; 4 AVP for the Same Day Edit)
AVPs should be at least 3-minute in duration
Shall produce photos - destinations and the activity
Shall have ten (10) best photos per destination (combination of landscape and portrait) and at least thirty (30) photos for the activity per day
Shall facilitate Social Media platforms live streaming during opening and closing ceremonies;
Shall take charge the layouting of promotional materials and merchandise
Shall publish at least 2 teaser/ promotional materials;
Pre-production - shall come up with a storyboard and script from the information materials that will be provided by the DOT xII
