The Chatbot-AI Program has been operational for the past four years. PHSA plans to assume management and operations of the program, along with its associated technical environment, which is deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for the following reasons:
1) Migrating the 47 active chatbots across 12 health organizations to another cloud platform would require 11 to 19 months due to the manual, complex nature of the process, which involves rebuilding and testing...
