The Regional Municipality of York Police Services Board (the “Board”) is inviting Proposals for the piloting and maintenance services for a York Regional Police owned and operated Airbus Helicopters H125 (AS350 B3) single-engine helicopter, known as Air2.
The objective of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to hire a qualified Contractor to provide a comprehensive air support program, which will include the provision of Transport Canada commercially licensed helicopter pilots and Transport Canada licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers. It is essential that all Proponents responding to this RFP have a proven track record in the field of aviation as detailed in the RFP. The Board will not accept any parts or service standard lower than that set out by Transport Canada.
The Contractor will be required to enter into a Contract with the Board setting out the terms and conditions upon which the Deliverables shall be supplied.
