Opportunity Description : Note:: DUBAI MUNICIPALITY CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT FOR WORKS OF CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION MAY 1999 -

Note:: Contractor's Administrative Arrangements -

A: The Contractor shall provide sufficient staff to perform the administrative and supervision duties in executing the Works - 1 Sum

Note:: Employer's/Engineer's Facilities -

B: The Contractor shall provide sufficient facilities to Employer's / Engineer's including its maintenance during the construction period and removal at the completion of work - 1 Sum

Note:: Temporary Works -

C: Traffic control, signs, lighting etc. as per DM standard and Engineer's approval - 1 Sum

D: Maintain the existing temporary fence as per the project and site requirements, and remove and take it away upon completion of the project - 1 Sum

E: Co-ordinate with Service Authorities (DEWA, ETISALAT, RTA, DM Drainage & Irrigation Department, Building Dept. etc.) for obtaining and maintaining all NOCs, Building Permit, Green Building approvals etc. and pay all relevant fees - 1 Sum
