This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA481424TF097 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-05; Effective May 22, 2024.This is a 100% set-aside for small businesses.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 339113 with a size standard of 800 employees.

This requirement is for defensive and offensive rugby wheelchairs along with extra wheel setsand spare parts. Defensive and offensive wheelchairs have generally the same specificationsexcept for the type of front bumper rail. Offensive chairs are built for speed and mobility andhave wings to prevent defensive chairs from hooking it, while defensive chairs are built to hookand lock players in place keeping them from scoring and assisting their teammates on the court.Please refer to the Statement of Need (SON) for the chrematistics of the wheelchairs.
