Tenders are invited for Placing of Pre-Fabricated Wash Rooms at Oval View Residencies at Borella
Bid should be submitted using the given format. The sealed envelope containing the bid should be clearly
marked the " Placing of Pre-Fabricated Wash Rooms at Oval View Residencies at Borella” at the
top left-hand comer and addressed to the Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee (Minor),
Urban Development Authority, 07, h Floor, Sethsiripava Stage I, Battaramulla.
The sealed bid should be delivered to the Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee (Minor),
Procurement Unit, Urban Development Authority, 07th Floor, Sethsiripava Stage 1, Battaramulla
by registered post or deposited in the Tender Box placed at the Procurement Unit, 7th Floor, UDA,
Sethsiirpaya Stage I, Battramulla on or before 11.00 a.m. on 15th July 2024. Bids will be opened soon
after closing in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
Bids shall be valid up to 01s* September 2024. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid - Security of
Rupees Twelve Thousand only (Rs. 12, 000.00). Bid Security shall be valid until 29, h September 2024.
