Quotation are invited for Planning and Facilitation and Accommodation for “Human-Centered Design” Training/Workshop

NOTE:
1. FHI 360 will not compensate vendors for preparation of their response to this RFQ.
2. Issuing this RFQ is not a guarantee that FHI 360 will award a purchase order.
3. FHI 360 reserves the right to issue a purchase order based on the initial evaluation of offers without
discussion.
4. FHI 360 may choose to award a purchase order for part of the activities in the RFQ. FHI 360 PO Terms can
be found at this location: www.fhi360.org/poterms
5. FHI 360 may choose to award a purchase order to more than one vendor for specific parts of the activities in
the RFQ.
6. FHI 360 may request from short-listed vendors a second or third round of either oral presentation or written
response to a more specific and detailed scope of work that is based on a general scope of work in the
original RFQ.
7. FHI 360 has the right to rescind an RFQ or rescind an award prior to the signing of a purchase order due to
any unforeseen changes in the direction of FHI 360's client (the US Government), be it funding or
programmatic.
8. FHI 360 reserves the right to waive any deviations by vendors from the requirements of this solicitation that
in FHI 360's opinion are considered not to be material defects.
