Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Procurement of a Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS).

Specifically, the selected firm will be required to:
i. Supply, design and customize the HRMIS for the Government of Barbados;
ii. Develop an implementation plan for the rollout of the HRMIS across the public service. This plan should outline:
-all phases, including activities related to:
-any preparatory/preliminary work, as it relates to enhancing IT infrastructure and support (if
needed);
-appropriate customization and enhancements, as necessary;
-post-implementation support.
-duration of each phase;
-stakeholders required for each phase;
-anticipated risks.
iii. Prepare a customized user manual for the HRMIS;
iv. Provide training on the effective use of the HRMIS to all relevant stakeholders;
v. Deploy the HRMIS (go live) in the Public Service and execute user acceptance; and
vi. Provide maintenance and support services for a minimum for three (3) years for the HRMIS;
