1. The Local Government Unit of Aguinaldo, Ifugao, through the 20%-2023 DF intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract POJNAAN BHS COMPLETION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
