Tenders are invited for Poland National Earth Observation Project Camila

The purpose of this procurement, carried out as part of the ESA agreement for technical assistance to Poland, is to strengthen the national capacity in designing and developing an End-to-End EO system in Poland. This includes the target to development (up and until final acceptance) of the Polish National Earth Observation Project Camila (Country awareness Mission in Land Analysis) composed by:- Space Segment consisting of a ready to be flown and operated constellation of small earth observation satellites (optical and SAR), - with the aim of providing Earth Observation data with a high resolution and revisit frequency over Poland.- Timely available and ready to be operated Ground Segment consisting of a Flight Operation System (FOS) and a Payload Data ground System (PDGS), including specification of the ground station, in order to operate the delivered Space Segment from launch onwards. The procurement is run in Open Competition. Subject to good quality of received proposals, one contract will be placed, with a Prime Contractor established in Poland, and the the bidding consortium targeting 70% of the overall contract value for economic operators and/or investments in Poland
