General Procurement Notice for Pollution Control & Environmental Health: Youth and Women Empowerment Programmes/Projects, Advocacy and Awareness on Sewage Management, Environmental Surveillance, Pilot Water Projects, Remediated Lead Sites, Air Pollution and Training of Youth on Waste Disposal and Waste Management, Fumigation and Decontamination of Public Buildings/Environment, Community Based Waste Management, Climate Smart Management.

Attention of all interested and reputable Contractors, Consultants and Service provider are drawn to the following:
i. The Procurement of the projects listed above will be subjected to Due Process Procedure which would be transparent to all interested and eligible bidders who wish to participate.
ii. Bidders are advised to kindly be of the lookout to Specific Procurement Notice within the year when these projects would further be defined by budgetary releases.
iii. Specific projects will be published in the National Dailies, Federal Tenders Journal, the Notice board of the Ministry as well as the Ministry-s website (www.environment.ng)
Please note that all documents on the Mandatory Criteria as specified by the PPA, 2007 such as Certificate of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC), evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate, NSITF Clearance Certificate, Pension Clearance Certificate, Interim Registration Reports (IRR) etc. which may be referred to the Security Agencies, Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS), National Pension Commission (NPC) and other relevant bodies for verification.
