Polson Park Construction Phase 1

Invitation to Proponents

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Vernon (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of construction services for channel naturalization within Polson Park.

The City of Vernon wishes to restore fish habitat in Vernon Creek in the downstream most 270 m of Polson Park, immediately upstream of the Highway 97 culvert as part of the Phase 1 works. Phase 2 works consisting of Channel naturalization within Polson Park to restore fish habitat over an additional 370m of Polson park is considered Optional Work to be completed in 2025 pending approval
