In this tender, the Ordering Party wishes to obtain offers for the purchase and delivery of polymer for sludge dewatering. The task is offered in five (5) partial agreements. All partial agreements are entered into as framework agreements with three (3) suppliers. There are no restrictions on the number of partial agreements that the Tenderer can be awarded. Tthe tenderer thus has the opportunity to be awarded all subcontracts. The tenderer is also not obliged to submit an offer/application for all partial agreements, the tenderer can therefore submit an offer/application for individual partial agreements. The maximum consumption on the framework agreement can amount to 50% mere than the actual bid sum incl. regulations cf. the framework agreement's section on price regulation.
