Short description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to map the investment needs of Estonian ports due to the European Climate Package "Objective 55" and to create an innovative shipbuilding and repair center model, where start -up technology entrepreneurs can carry out smaller projects. Developing a new model will allow smaller companies to get opportunities to enter the international market without major investments, thus being a breeding ground for start -ups. In addition, new locations of potential ship repair and construction factories (including dry docking capacity) must be mapped during the study, as the renovation and rebuilding of state ships in Estonia is of high security importance to the state. The survey must also be evaluated during the survey and the ability to transfer the transmission of Estonian shipyards to the green technologies and the rebuilding of ships, as its absence has a significant impact on the reduction of Estonian shipping emissions.
