INSTRUCTIONS/ NOTES TO BIDDERS:
1. 3. Suppliers are required to submit the following prior to the notification by the BAC of the award: a) Valid and Current Mayor-s/ Business Permit (2024); b) Valid and Current PhilGEPS Registration Certificate/ Number; and c) *Omnibus Sworn Statement (*To be submitted after the Award).
4.) Bids should be valid for 45 days counted from the deadline of submission.
