**** This is NOT a solicitation**** This is a pre-solicitation notice only in compliance with FAR part 5.2.
The Indiana National Guard intends to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) to small businesses in order to establish a contract in accordance with FAR 13 for Portable Chemical Toilets and Hand Wash Stations. The Service Contract Act applies. (see U.S department of labor website) We expect to publish a solicitation approximately 13 MAR 2024. This contract will support a large military training exercise located at CAMP ATTERBURY, EDINBURGH INDIANA 46124 from April 10th through May 10th 2024 ONLY. The Government will provide, without cost to the contractor, access to the waste treatment facility located at Camp Atterbury. On-site water is available at an approved location at no cost to the Contractor.
The contractor shall provide single sink hand washing units. However, because of the large number of sinks requested by the Government, vendor may provide, at no extra cost to the Government, dual sink units. It is up to the vendor to decide which unit is available for delivery and placement. Either type will be accepted. Vendor shall insure that dual sink and single sink fall under the same price. No extra costs associated with dual sink units will be allowed. Vendor must absorb any and all extra costs associated with providing dual sink units.
There is a possibility that the number of services needed for this contract will change. Vendor should reasonably anticipate changes to this contract and consider any changes to the number of services needed to be within scope of this contract.. Any changes to this contract will be in the form of a supplemental agreement and will take into consideration the capabilities of the contractor.
