The subject of the public procurement includes post-warranty support of the technical and software provision of the National Visa Information System.
The scope of Specific position No. 1 will include activities aimed at supporting the basic software and hardware resourcesand, building the infrastructure of the NVIS and including: network subsystem and communications, including network components of the NVIS; server subsystem and tape libraries and disk arrays.
The scope of Specific item No. 2 will include maintenance activities for the application software of the central computeronent of the National Visa Information System.
The requirements for the implementation are described in detail in the Technical Specification for the relevant separate
position.
In order to ensure the continuity of the service, in the event that the contracting authority has not concluded a contract for the next maintenance period, onon the basis of art. 116, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Code, the term of the contract under separate item No. 1 can be extended by 6 months, and the price of the contract - increased by the value of the option.
