The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary to successfully Replace the roof on the Potomac Group Campground Pavilion. This includes but is not limited to, removing, and disposing of the existing roof shingles, minor repairs/patching to the roof deck, installation of new roof underlayment and metal roofing.
