Brief description of the subject of the order: Support and service of PowerBi Reports., 1) Maintenance and development of the system will be carried out in the number of monthly hours agreed with the ordering party by: a) Providing support of at least one certified consultant, b) Implementation of subsequent analytical areasc) User training, d) Creating new reports based on analytical requirements, e) Assistance in configuring reports, f) Changes in the analytical structure, g) Response to service requests in the case of broken functionalities, h) Consulting on the use of technologiesii Power BI and the selection of services in the organization, 2) The service will be provided by: a) Removing errors (system behavior inconsistent with the functional description included in the system documentation) and responding to the inability to work properly with the system, b) Maintaining system availability,, c) Systematic monitoring of system logs and response to detected errors,, d) Work on data loading processes, e) Changes in analytical cubes, f) Changes in reports, g) Responding to new reporting and/or analytical needs and their implementation .
