This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of the PQ3-EBN 72kV Crossarm Replacement Maintenance, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.This sustainment project is required to reduce the risk to SaskPower pertaining to the longevity of various crossarms and associated structures on the PQ3-EBN 72kV transmission line. The scope of work includes crossarm/brace replacements and the installation of conductor and shield wire dampers on 82 existing structures.
