2. Delivery terms:
-Delivery for a maximum period of three (3) calendar days upon receipt of approved purchase order and
notice to proceed.
-Must be delivered on or before 27 September 2024
3. Warranty shall be for a period of six (6) months for supplies and materials, one (1) year for equipment,
from the date of acceptance by the procuring entity.
4. Price validity shall be for a period of 90 calendar days.
5. (1) PhilGEPS Registration Certificate, (2) valid Mayor-s /Business Permit, and (3) Omnibus Sworn Statement
shall be attached upon submission of the quotation.
6. Bidders shall submit original brochures showing certifications of the product being offered.
7. Bidders must indicate the BRAND and MODEL NUMBER offered when appropriate....
