1. The Bohol Island State University - Main Campus, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract Approved by the Governing Board 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (Php 120, 800.00) - Lot 1, Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 600, 000.00) - Lot 2, Eight Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 825, 000.00) - Lot 3, One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1, 500, 000.00) - Lot 4, One Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 145, 000.00) - Lot 5 & One Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 100, 000.00) - Lot 6 for the Procurement Project PR No. 2024-08-0614-MAIN-Supply and Delivery of Common-Use Software for CEAID Department being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
