The City of Lapu-Lapu through the MOOE FUNDS 3321-5-02-03-010 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (₱ 1, 793, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of SCHOOL SUPPLIES FOR ELEMENTARY EDUCATION P. R No. 23-06-0641. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
