The City of Lapu-Lapu through the MOOE FUNDS 5-02-03-080-3 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Pesos (₱ 987, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of 70 PACK CESAREAN PACK under P. R No. 25-01-0146. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
