1. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte, through the TRUST FUND - DOH - Health Facility Enhancement intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (P4, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR No. 25010046 - Supply, Delivery and Testing of (1) unit Ultra Sound Machine. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte now invites bids for the Supply, Delivery and Testing of (1) unit Ultra Sound Machine for Capalonga Medicare and Community Hospital use.
