PoR currently has 94 positions with a high to very high risk profile. A screening profile has been drawn up for all these positions (see Appendix 4). All other positions have a medium to low integrity risk profile, for which a standard screening profile will apply, consisting of: Integriteits statement, ID check, Diploma and CV check, VOG, The wish is to include pre-employment screening in the selection procedures for the positions. This screening is used to protect PoR against possible integrity risks and to create a safe culture within PoR. Depending on the fscreening must be organized differently. In addition, for positions with a high to very high integrity risk profile, certain screening components are repeated periodically. Also when employees from a position with a lower risk profile move on to a positionwith a high to very high risk profile, an in-employment screening is necessary. This applies to internal applications, follow-up and placement as a result of organizational changes.
