Description : Central Regional Health Authority (Central Health) is administering this RFP on behalf of Labrador-Grenfell Health to submit proposals for Pre-Fabricated Mini Home. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act. The term of the agreement will be for a contract period of one (1) year with an option to extend for an additional one (1) year. The successful respondent(s) will be required to allow any or all of the Health Organizations (Eastern Regional Health Authority, Western Regional Health Authority, Labrador-Grenfell Regional Health Authority, Central Regional Health Authority, and NL Centre for Health Information) to avail of the goods and services outlined in the Tender. The scope of this Tender is focused on the unique requirements of Labrador-Grenfell Health. Due to this, each Health Organization will negotiate a new contract under a separate set of terms and pricing. SPECIFICATIONS: Supply one (1) unit with a living space of 1184 square feet or 16-x 74- outside dimension on wooden floor framing as per the attached drawing and specifications below. Transportation/delivery to Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Newfoundland Labrador shall be included in the price.
