Corrigendum: Pre-Qualification for Rail Infrastructure Civil Contracts
Qualification Criteria
1. This Pre-Qualification (PQ) is for four (4) numbers of Design and Build Civil Contracts.
2. Applicants shall note that registration with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under CW02 "Civil Engineering" workhead in financial category A1 OR Limited A1 is the minimum qualifying criteria for this PQ exercise.
3. Applicants who are not registered with BCA in the appropriate category are required to register with BCA after they have been successfully pre-qualified by LTA to participate in the tender.

Published : 21 Aug 2024 03:05PMRemarks1) APPLICATION NO. - Tenderer shall request for an Application Number via email to 'lta_contracts_1ctciv@lta.gov.sg' with subject heading PQ_RLP - Request for Application No. 2) SUBMISSION - All PQ applications must be submitted ELECTRONICALLY through the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) portal by the closing date and time. 3) Interested applicants are required to submit previous and current records of similar work done, details of key staff with relevant experience in design and/or construction, equipment to be deployed, safety records and financial capacity for LTA's consideration. 4) Applicants shall demonstrate that they have the necessary: (a) Technical expertise, resources and experience in the design and construction of similar works; and (b) Financial capacity to undertake and sustain a multi-million dollar project in Singapore. 5) All expenses incurred by the applicant in the submission of this PQ shall be borne entirely by the applicant. 6) Please refer to the PQ Brochure for further details. 7) TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA): Tenderers are required quote their Term NDA Ref No. if they have a valid Term NDA with LTA. Otherwise, tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached Term NDA for access to the tender documents. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission. You are required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA upon declaration.
