The contract includes the implementation, training, operation, support and maintenance of the IT solution "Service Management System". In this tender, the Ordering Party requests an offer for customized standard software that can meet the Ordering Party's needs for system support for Service Management related odues The solution must be included in the Orderer's FM Portal. The solution must support approx. 500 employees who deal with Service Management related tasks on a daily basis, as well as approx. 250 external technicians and advisers who must register, report and document their work and datain the Solution. In addition to the fact that the Solution must support the client's Service Management related tasks, the Solution must also be able to support the preparation and compliance of DKV plans. The solution is part of the Client's strategy for a common FM platform, which must cover the client's needs for system supportperformance of Facility Management tasks.
