Fortum Power and Heat Oy wishes to obtain a turnkey delivery of a new hot water district heat accumulator of 20 000 m3. The district heat accumulator will be unpressurized steel tank type and the maximum operation temperature is 98°C. Design temperature 100°C. The top of the tank is equipped with a steam blanket blocking the air to get inside the tank. The design pressures (at the roof ) -500 Pa /+2500 Pa. The site is designed for 25, 23 m wide (inner diameter) and 40 m high steel tank. The maximum water level of water in the non-pressurized tank is 39, 90 m. Tank roof is conical, 15° roof angle. Corrosion allowance1mm for wet parts. Insulation according to PSK 3707 (jacket 300 mm, roof 400 mm rock wool, convection barrier). The Supplier shall provide all necessary services (but not limited to) for the supply of specified equipment such as: - equipment design according to Eurocode and applicable standards (SFS-EN 14015, EN 13445-3, EN 1991-1-4) design of tank, including the steel structure design and insulation design - workshop drawings/design of the safety devices, diffusers and overflow pipe according to dimensional drawings/design supplied by the Client - procurement of material/equipment/devices/work - manufacturing, manufacturing supervision and quality control - scheduling and expediting - inspections, examinations and testing, with all necessary reports - cleaning, painting and coating - packing for transportation - transportation of material and equipment t...
