The purpose of this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) is to obtain bid submissions (“Bids”) for the supply of precast concrete materials as follows:
Culvert C-572 (Ivan Drive)
2400 span x 1800 rise x 12950 long precast concrete culvert and retaining walls
Culvert C-580 (New Ontario Road)
2400 span x 2400 rise x 14020 long precast concrete culvert and retaining walls
Material to be supplied for The Municipality of Middlesex Centre (“the Municipality”) in accordance with Specification RFQ-PWE-2023-03 Specifications for Material Supply. The Municipality is seeking to procure the culvert materials prior to or at the same time as tendering the construction contract for the culvert replacement work.
