With this notice, the "G.d'Annunzio" University of CH/PE is launching a market survey to verify the uniqueness of the supplier aimed at awarding, pursuant to art. 63, paragraph 2, letter b), points 2) and 3) of Legislative Decree 50/2016, of the aforementioned supply. During the investigation, with declarationaction of uniqueness and exclusivity the company BRUKER Italia S.r.l. declared that the Bruker Avance NEO Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer (NMR) instrumentation operating at 600 MHz is manufactured and marketed solely and exclusively by the same and that the product has characteristics whichmake it unique. The University has therefore identified the aforementioned Company as the only supplier for the supply of the above. The purpose of this notice is to verify whether there are other economic operators who are able to offer equipment with the same characteristics as that41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365supplied by the aforementioned company and therefore verify the non-fungibility of the supply.
