With this notice, the "G.d'Annunzio" University of CH/PE is launching a market survey to verify the uniqueness of the supplier aimed at awarding, pursuant to art. 63, paragraph 2, letter b), points 2) and 3) of Legislative Decree 50/2016, of the aforementioned supply. During the investigation, with declarationaction of uniqueness and exclusivity the HITACHI company has declared that the digital transmission electron microscope instrumentation is produced and marketed solely and exclusively by the same and that the product has characteristics that make it unique. The University has identified, therefore, in the aforementioned Company, the only supplier for the supply of the above. The objective of this notice is to verify whether there are other economic operators who are able to offer equipment with the same characteristics as those supplied by the aforementioned company and thereforeVerify the non-fungibility of the supply.
