It is essential that the instrument is equipped with an "ultra-highplex imaging system (100 markers) for proteins and RNA, which simultaneously acts as a multispectral imaging scanner for acquisition of entire tissue sections in 7 colors at high speed. This system can be modular, configuredcapable and updatable, suitable for the characterization of entire FFPE or fresh force tissue sections at single cell resolution with the use of 100 protein and transcript markers".
To be functional in achieving the objectives of the C-LABS project, the tool must possess theseguenti requisiti minimi:
1) INST1000 Phenocycler Instrument:
The Phenocycler Instrument performs all fluidic operations required to complete a PhenoCycler run. It is equipped with:
. A Robotic Cannula, . 4 Reomvable Reservoirs, . Buffer Try for 4 Reservoirs, . One Holder for the 96-well reporterplated, . 4 Bottles on the side trayo, 1x Phenocycler Buffer Bottlen a Vacuum/Waste Bottle, a DMSO Bottle, a Water Bottle.
2) AB-000002 Phenolmager Fusion Instrument:
