The subject of the public contract is the selection of a supplier for the preparation, technical consultancy, administration and organization of procurement procedures, implementation management, inspection and evaluation of the project "Joint energy-saving project in the National Theatre, Area of ​​St. Anna and Estates Theater for support from the NPO/NP programŽP", which includes a set of measures implemented by the Design methodand a representative of the contracting authority within the meaning of § 43 ZZVZ. Part of the required services is project and subsidy management. The project will be implemented in the form of Performance Designin accordance with § 92 paragraph 2 ZZVZ with reference to performance and function requirements); a
