Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject is to prepare and conduct performance tests of the extensive Electronic Services Platform of the Office of Electronic Communications in the scope of the following performance requirements: a) basic performance (Baseline Test), b) performance of the power systemmeets the assumed production load (Load Test), c) system load for a long time (Soak Test), d) maximum permissible system load by increasing it until it fails, (Stress Test), e) system performance when it is necessary to handle large volumes of data oroperations (Volume Test), generating reports, setting and displaying individual pages of the system at a specific time, f) detection of the so-called "bottlenecks" of the system which are problems of its performance, g) determining the performance capabilities of the current infrastructure environment.
